Sooooo....Happy!!!!!!!

Ok here is my achievement for the month! nay Year! Yesterday was the crowning glory of it all! Alright I'll tell you what I am rambling on about...I'd managed to set up my entire apartment all by myself...decided what furniture to buy, where to buy them and how to coordinate the colors etc...and DID it!!!!!!! well, you may want to know what is so great abt that? For one I am not the interior decorating types...Secondly, simply never had the patience, time or the energy to do all this. But this time around something had changed...I wanted to do all this and actually did find everything exactly the way I wanted them to be!

And yesterday evening, I hired a Uhaul (huge huge van) and drove out 20 miles (scared to death but very thrilled!) to get my entertainment centre! and then drove back into the West End and loaded the dining table + chairs + some other stuff and managed to haul them up with the help of the guy who sold the stuff to me!

Bottomline...everytime I look at my house and look at the stuff I have in there... I am bursting with pride! Driving that Uhaul Van was the best moment in my life so far! it felt like I have truly become an empowered 21 century girl...without an attitude and that is certainly something...dont u think? hey i never said i will be modest abt it...:)
